| - I'm in the process of revamping the tagging and search mechanism. (I disabled the original search functionality a couple weeks ago. I should put get a temporary solution in place (or just roll out the new and improved version!) - Language support is in place. Spanish and Swedish are supported right now. Can add in other languages but may need assistance translating. |

| Ha ha ha... I'm working on it as fast as I can! The recent improvements (rich media support, edit post functionality, etc.) have been warmly received so I'm psyched to answer more requests, especially the search/tagging stuff. The design is already completely customizable --- there is a built-in color picker and a field to enter your own custom CSS. I have a couple color schemes saved (Red/black; Organge/gray) that are pretty good. I've thought about adding something like this to the design panel but the design controls are pretty easy to use so there has not been a huge demand for pref-defined templates. |

| But how can I change layout right now? What if I sell an advertisement place to an sponsor and need to place the banners on a specific place. how should i do that? |

| For banner ads there is a toggle in the admin panel that allows you to turn on a skyscraper ad (170px wide) that appears on the right hand side of the page. There is also a toggle to turn on a banner add at the top of the page. You can insert any content in these sections. For example, news/announcements could go in the right hand side of the page along with a sky scraper ad. Once your board is set up, ping me and I can help you insert advertisement code. |

| I hear you loud and clear on the tags/search/categories stuff. The real estate set aside for ads and other custom content is pretty substantial. And, I suppose that it's also possible to insert ads in a custom footer. However, at this time, there's no way to intersperse ads within the flow of a thread. I would prefer not to interrupt the conversation with advertisements, although I would consider it if it could be done in an unobtrusive way. Thanks for keeping an eye on NP! |

| I guess it would depend on a couple things: where you wanted to place the ads, the total number of ads, the subject matter of the board, the level of traffic, etc. In general, I want to promote a reasonable balance between display ads and user generated content. But I'm almost always game for custom work, depending on your situation. Like I said, there are two big chunks of screen real estate already set aside for ads or other content. What you place in these sections is up to you. This should be sufficient for most situations. |

| I'm still working on more ways to link Ninjapost on my own forum to worry about banner ads. I get tired of having to explain what ninja post is so I have to find a more efficient way to let them know. I think one thing I could do is a url re-direct to my ninjapost board for a full day and shut the main board down for awhile to see how that goes but I don't have enough active members yet to do it. | ||
